    All jewellery is designed and handmade by Juzere at this moment in time.

    For all physical items, excluding jewellery, we use a print-on-demand service that ships from facilities around the world, ensuring quick delivery based on your location.

  • How do I track my order?

    You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

    When will I get my order?

    Print on demand orders are fulfilled in 3–7 days, then shipped. Shipping times vary by location:

    • USA: 3–4 business days

    • Europe: 6–8 business days

    • Australia: 2–14 business days

    • Japan: 4–8 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days

    Shipping Origin

    We use a global fulfillment company for all physical items, excluding jewellery. All jewellery is shipped directly by Juzere from the UK via Royal Mail at this moment in time.

    Customs Fees

    International orders may have extra customs and tax fees, depending on your local laws. Check with your customs office for details.

    Missing Order

    If your order is late:

    • Check your delivery address in the shipping confirmation email.

    • Ask your local post office about your package.

    • Check with neighbors in case it was left with them.

    If everything is correct and you can't find it, contact us with your order number. For address mistakes, we’ll send a replacement, but you'll need to cover shipping.

  • What if I received a wrong or damaged product?

    We're sorry for any issues! Please email hello@juzere.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We’ll respond quickly to resolve it.

    What’s your return policy?

    We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via the bottom of this page.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact hello@juzere.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

    Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

    We do not offer exchanges right now. If you're unsure about sizes, please look at our sizing charts found in the product descriptions. If you receive a mislabeled item, contact us via the bottom of this page within a week of getting your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll send you a replacement or refund!
