Copper will naturally tarnish over time, which can add to its beauty. If you want to regain full shine, simply clean with lemon juice. When shiny, rinse with water and dry.
You can easily remove the pendant if you want to style it with a different necklace. Shorten the chain with jewellery snips or scissors to achieve your desired length.

We use a global fulfillment company for all physical items, excluding jewellery. All jewellery is shipped directly by Juzere from the UK via Royal Mail at this moment in time.Customs Fees

If everything is correct and you can't find it, contact us with your order number. For address mistakes, we’ll send a replacement, but you'll need to cover shipping.

What if I received a wrong or damaged product?
We're sorry for any issues! Please email hello@juzere.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We’ll respond quickly to resolve it.What’s your return policy?

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact hello@juzere.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do not offer exchanges right now. If you're unsure about sizes, please look at our sizing charts found in the product descriptions. If you receive a mislabeled item, contact us via the bottom of this page within a week of getting your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll send you a replacement or refund!
